They lead kayak tours of Assateague in the summer, and hibernate in the brewery for the winter. HI- SEA 6.8% 28 IBU - On tap now! An american style saison brewed with generous amounts of whole Egyptian hibiscus flowers as well as a touch of chamomile and lavender. Cabin Fever 5.2% 40 IBU A black pilsner that is light in body, dark in color. Gingerbread Man 5.8% 30 IBU A spicy American ale for the holidays. Brewed with ginger, cinnamon and molasses. Smokey the Beer 6% 27 IBU Brown campfire porter with house smoked barley. A sessionable beer for cold temperatures and warm fires. Spring/Summer Seasonals Lani-Kai 4.8% 42 IBU Single hopped Australian pale ale using Galaxy hops, a tribute to the dusty 1965 surfboard we found in the building that is now the brewery Dry Tip 5% 32 IBU Hallertau dry hopped Just the Tip with floral aroma and finish from whole leaf Noble hops. Brook's Belgian 5% 23 IBU Belgian style wheat ale with aromatic clove and a spicy finish. Brewed with local grain.
